Boesak graduated with an LL. B from the University of Natal in 1999, and later received the prestigious Chevening Scholarship and continued further studies towards an LL.M (with specializations in Mining, Petroleum and Energy Law) with the renowned CEPMLP at Dundee University, Scotland, UK.

He was called to the Bar in December 2004 and practiced as such until December 2007, and later returned again to the Bar from November 2011 onwards, after a stint abroad in the UK and later being employed as Corporate Legal Advisor at Namdeb and Trustco Group. Prior to the Call to the Bar, he commenced articles with Deneys Reitz in Johannesburg and then at the Legal Assistance Centre in Windhoek, where he worked as an attorney for a while.

His preferred areas of practice are constitutional and administrative law litigation, pension fund and other regulatory litigation and arbitrations. As well as general civil and commercial litigation and advisory work in regard to Petroleum, Energy and Mining Law.

He has acted as Chair of the Board Investment Committee of Petrofund Board of Trustees from 2013 until 2016, as well as Chair of the Nampower Board Tender Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk Committee for the period 2014 until 2016. Currently serves as Trustee on an asset management entity. Thus, having gained critical public sector governance experience.

He also attended the prestigious Advanced International Advocacy Course at Keble College, Oxford University, UK during 2006.

Eliaser has a wide-ranging constitutional and administrative law practice. He also practices in the areas of commercial and corporate law from time to time. Predominantly Eliaser is a motion practitioner. He practices mainly in the High Court and Supreme Court of Namibia. Eliaser also has a general interest in labour law and practice.

Eliaser is a Court-Connected mediator of the High Court of Namibia and also act as a part-time arbitrator of labour disputes in the Office of the Labour Commissioner.

Before joining the Bar, Eliaser served as an attorney in the Government Attorney’s office where he practiced both constitutional and administrative law litigation.

Eliaser lectured part-time with the Faculty of Law at UNAM.

Eva then made the move to further her career with Diedericks Incorporated, becoming a formidable face and respected lawyer in the courts and to her peers; landing her the role as Head of Civil Litigation at Conradie & Damaseb from the period 2013 to 2018 with a focus on and including complex disputes in general civil litigation predominantly contract, delict, family law as well as rendering legal advice to state-owned entities and local authorities.

Tinashe Chibwana

Tinashe has a wide ranging litigation and legal advice practice.

Before joining the bar, Tinashe served as an attorney and spent 14 years in various capacities as such. As an attorney he has practised as a Legal Consultant with Sisa Namandje and Co Inc, Chief Legal Officer with the Government Attorney, Partner under his own style and as a Professional Assistant.

He is also admitted in Zimbabwe. He has argued a number of reported cases and appears in all courts in Namibia. His focus areas are constitutional and administrative law as well as commercial and property law. Tinashe has experience in adjudication and arbitration in FIDIC engineering contracts.
